 Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery** to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
* The item must be in its original packaging
* You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
* Items must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

* Downloadable or digital products
* Personal care items (if opened or used)
* Final sale or clearance items

## Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for **return shipping costs** unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are **non-refundable**.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the problem quickly. We may offer:

* A replacement product
* A full refund
* Store credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method** within 5–10 business days.

 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.
